Erica Durance/Lois Lane made her first Smallville appearance as a special guest star (starting with 4 episodes that expanded to a total of 13 episodes) in Season 4 premiere Episode 4.01 - Crusade. Airdate: September 22, 2004.






She, then, became a series regular (and started appearing on cast opening credits) on Season 5's season premiere Episode 5.01 - Arrival.
Airdate: September 29, 2005.
