21 Debuts At The Top Of The UK's Box Office

Gambling film 21 has had a lucky stint at the blackjack table after debuting at the top of the UK box office charts.


Starring Kevin Spacey,
Kate Bosworth and British actor Jim Sturgess, 21 tells of an MIT maths whiz recruited to crack the shady world of Las Vegas blackjack.


Having spent two weeks atop the US box office charts, the Robert Luketic film - based on a true story - has grabbed the number one spot in UK and Ireland, with £1.6 million in ticket receipts after its first three days on release.
