Actor Dean Cain Leads Faces of Influenza Awareness in Seattle

Even Superman Can Get the Flu. Actor and father Dean Cain, along with local spokespersons have joined the American Lung Association of Washington’s Faces of Influenza campaign to encourage influenza vaccination. On Tuesday, January 8th at the Westfield Southcenter Mall, you have an opportunity to meet Dean Cain.

On January 8th, the American Lung Association®'s Faces of Influenza gallery arrives at Westfield Southcenter Mall in Tukwila. Visitors can meet actor Dean Cain, a national spokesperson for the campaign, as well as local spokespersons - King County Sheriff Sue Rahr, and Virginia Mason nurse Barbara Wheeler, whose mother died of influenza.

The Faces of Influenza Gallery which is touring the United States, includes black and white portraits and personal stories of people who should be immunized. View the gallery and get a vaccination. Vaccinations will be administered by the Visiting Nurses Association and will be are available for people 6 months of age and older ($30 for adults and $20 for children). People should bring their picture identification and insurance card.
