Smallville TV Movie

EW's Michael Ausiello reveals that the original plan for a 2-part "Society"/"Legends" episode of "Smallville" has now been turned into a 2 hour movie instead.

The Geoff Johns-penned episodes - titled "Society" and "Legends" and featuring such DC Comic Smallville insiders, CW execs felt they could get more mileage out of combining them. stalwarts as Stargirl, Hawkman, and Dr. Fate - were originally designed to air separately. But, according to Smallville insiders, CW execs felt they could get more mileage out of combining them.

The two-hour movie event will air on The CW on January 29.
