Variety.com reports that Dean Cain is set to star in Hallmark Channel original pic "Kingdom Come."Western, currently in production in Vancouver, stars Cain as a conman who competes for land and love with a character played by James Tupper ("Samantha Who?"). Allison Hossack ("Reaper") plays the love interest.
Hallmark is aiming for a mid-2009 airdate.
Pic is produced by Blueprint Entertainment and Randolph Films. Ira Pincus, John Morayniss, Noreen Halpern and Gary Hoffman are exec producers.
