The Hollywood hottie has been keeping a low profile since slipping into town on Sunday but emerged to be the stellar guest at Bondi Iceberg's annual New Year's Day charity bash yesterday.
Wearing a flattering LBD (Little Black Dress) with her hair casually tied in a bun, the Blue Crush actress seemed happy and relaxed as she arrived at the venue overlooking the world-famous Sydney beach.
The timing of her visit is set to send tongues wagging, with rumours her ex Orlando Bloom is also in Oz with his new love Miranda Kerr.
The one-time Gunnedah girl and Victoria's Secret model Kerr has reportedly been holidaying at Valla Beach near Coffs Harbour over the festive season.
While dating Bosworth, Pirates of the Caribbean star Bloom made a romantic dash here to woo her back when she fell for local model Lundi Shackleton.
Bosworth, who has been dating Brit model James Rousseau since 2006, has returned to Sydney several times since first being introduced to the delights of the Emerald City to catch up with friends she made here.
Bondi Beach is one of her favourite hangouts when she is in town. By the sounds of things, she could be planning to stay a while this time, according to a Confidential spy who spotted her arriving at Sydney airport at the weekend with two gal pals.
"She had heaps of luggage," he said. "She would have had about four big suitcases and a backpack.
"She was loading them on to a trolley by herself."
