ETOnline has the first look video clip of Dean Cain guest starring in USA's Burn Notice season 5 finale episode 18 - Fail Safe, which will air next Thursday, December 15th!

The Burn Notice season finale features a few firsts: not only does Michael get tasked to run an official C.I.A. team for the first time since getting "burned" four years ago, but it welcomes Dean Cain to the hit USA series for the first time.

The one-time Superman plays Ryan Pewterbaugh, a main member of the team Michael is tasked to run, and it turns out the two share an intertwined history -- which you learn all about in this exclusive ETonline sneak peek at their meeting.

Dean Cain to guest star in upcoming episodes of both CBS' 'Criminal Minds' and USA's 'Burn Notice' shows

Dean Cain is one busy (former) Superman actor! He has a lot of upcoming TV and Film projects listed here on IMDB including the following: The Case for Christmas (Hallmark Channel), which he stars and will premiere this coming Saturday, November 19th. Two guest starring roles on two different TV series, one on the upcoming episode of Burn Notice (USA), which he will appear in the December 15 episode #5.18 - Fail Safe and Criminal Minds (CBS), he will guest star in the 13th episode of the current (7th) season, set to air in early 2012. 

Speaking of Dean on Criminal Minds, here's more info via THR:

CBS' veteran procedural has locked up the Lois & Clark actor to guest star in the 13th episode of the current season, set to air in early 2012, The Hollywood Reporter has learned exclusively. Cain will play Curtis, described as "a blue-collar, east coast type" who is "a down-on-his-luck gambler."

"He thinks he's found the method to his winning streak," showrunner Erica Messer tells THR, "and it involves killing people."

Cain, repped by Paradigm, will appear in an episode of Burn Notice and the upcoming Hallmark Channel telepic The Case for Christmas.
