Tom Welling wins a 2009 Teen Choice Award

Tom Welling and Smallville were Nominated for Five Teen Choice Awards.

But only it's lead star Tom Welling won in the following category:

* Choice TV Actor Action Adventure: Tom Welling, "Smallville."

The 2009 Teen Choice Awards aired this Monday, August 10th on Fox.


It was his 9th nomination and his second win. The last time he won was for 'Choice Breakout Star, Male' in 2001.
