Kate Bosworth to co-host Global Green's 4th Annual 'Gorgeous and Green' Benefit Party

According to San Francisco Sentinel, Kate Bosworth will co-host the upcoming Global Green's 4th Annual 'Gorgeous and Green' Benefit Party on December 2nd, 2008.

Global Green USA is celebrating their fourth annual “Gorgeous and Green” San Francisco Benefit at the LEED-certified Bentley Reserve on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2008.

With hosts Kate Bosworth and Jason Lewis, Global Green’s San Francisco committee is presenting a fabulous eco-friendly cocktail party and fashion show to promote efforts to rebuild a sustainable New Orleans, and advance green affordable housing, solar, and high performance schools in San Francisco, Los Angeles and cities across the country.


The fourth annual Gorgeous and Green benefit will include an eco-friendly fashion show with designs by EDUN, Stewart + Brown, Del Forte Denim, Eco Citizen Boutique, Bahar Shahpar, Lara Miller, Loyale, Thomas-Ray Eccles, John Patrick Organic, Linda Loudermilk, Cari Borja, Juleselin, Larsen Grey, Loomstate, Sara Shepherd, shoes by Charmone, Cri de Coeur, Olsen Haus, and jewelry by Amber Marie Bently.


The event will also feature chocolates by TCHO and Just Desserts, cocktails by VeeV & Square One Organic Vodka, eco fabulous VIP gift bags, spa treatments by International Orange and Juice Beauty and sustainable Cuisine by O Organics & Cavallo Point. Global Green USA is the American branch of Green Cross International, who’s mission is to create a global value shift toward a more secure and sustainable future by working to mitigate global warming, expand green building and green schools, eliminate weapons of mass destruction, and ensure access to clean water. Global Green hosts the Red Carpet Green Cars Campaign at the Oscars, and they are working to green-rebuild New Orleans with Brad Pitt. Global Green runs Green Affordable Housing, Solar Energy, and Green Schools programs in California and nationally. The proceeds from this event support work in the San Francisco Bay Area and advance leadership in California, New Orleans, Texas, Washington DC and other regions across the country.
