The National Guard has released a new video (via their youtube channel): Soldier of Steel Episode 4- MAN OF STEEL showing Man of Steel stars Henry Cavill (Clark Kent/Kal-El/Superman) and Antje Traue (Faora) training and working out in preparation for MOS, the newest #1 movie in North America this week! They both worked really hard on their work out and training and looks like their hard work paid off!
