Facts behind 'Smallville'

Dear Sir: I read that the actor who plays Clark Kent on "Smallville" is married and has three children. Is this true? -- R.B., Bellmawr, N.J.

Dear R.B.: It's "tr," which is another way of saying it's partly true.

Tom Welling, who plays Clark on that CW series, has been married for five years, but he and his wife have no children.
